Hannah supports clients aged 16+ who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, problematic substance or technology use, ADHD, disordered eating, and/or body image difficulties. She also works with clients who seek to improve their emotional wellbeing, process grief and loss, or adjust to difficult life transitions.
To support your unique needs, Hannah’s approach may draw on several evidence-based treatments including emotion-focused, cognitive-behavioural, and dialectical-behavioural therapies. Her work is trauma- and attachment-informed and prioritizes each client’s safety and growth.
